Compensation Training and Lifestyle Modifications to promote Healthy Aging in Persons at Risk for Alzheimer’s disease: A Digital Application Supported Intervention. #R01 AGO66748 National Institute on Aging. 2020-2025.

The goal of this work is to conduct an RCT to evaluate the efficacy of a digital memory notebook-supported structured compensatory training and lifestyle intervention in ethno-racially diverse older adults with subjective cognitive complaints. We will also identify characteristics of treatment responders, identify components of the intervention that impact treatment success and develop machine learning algorithms to recognize and predict changes in treatment uptake, adherence and health status based on real-time data. One quarter of the population will be Latinx.
